DESCRIPTION

Multilayer compound comprising a polyethylene membrane thermally adhered to a high-density visco-elastic membrane.
Excellent and versatile device for decreasing air-borne noise and impact sound in a wide range of frequencies as a result of:
- High density and elasticity of visco-elastic membrane.
- High elasticity of polyethylene membrane.

INSTALLATION

1- The substrate must be clean and free of irregularities.
2- Position the TriACUSTIC with the polyethylene membrane facing the substrate.
3- Place the next section of material end-to-end to cover the entire surface.
4- Place ChovASEAL adhesive sealing tape on all the joints of the sections to ensure they are waterproof.
5- Place ChovAIMPACT STRIP where walls and columns meet to prevent rigid joints with the floor.
6- Create a mortar slab around 5 cm thick.

RECOMMENDED FOR …

- Acoustic insulation for air-borne and impact sound in first storey structural floors, structural floors between flats and garages or shops:
- The roll format (TriACUSTIC 35) is recommended when the interior divisions have not yet been completed.
- Acoustic insulation of downpipes.
